This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced settings, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and takes ownership of operational performance. What You’ll Do - Lead day-to-day operations for a large workforce and asset-heavy environment - Serve as the senior on-site leader and primary customer-facing representative - Drive operational excellence across safety, service, staffing, and compliance - Partner closely with HR, fleet/maintenance, and frontline leadership - Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve reliability and efficiency - Foster a culture of accountability, communication, and engagement - Manage financial performance, staffing levels, and resource planning What We’re Looking For - Proven experience leading large, frontline operations (transportation, logistics, facilities, or similar) - Strong customer-facing and relationship management skills - Experience working in unionized or highly regulated environments - Financial acumen with comfort owning budgets and performance metrics - Decisive, resilient leader who can operate effectively under pressure - Willingness to be highly visible and present during early mornings and peak operating hours Why This Role - Senior-level ownership of a mission-critical operation - High impact, high visibility role with meaningful responsibility - Opportunity to lead, shape culture, and drive real operational results - Competitive compensation package, commensurate with experience Pay: $125,000.00 per year Benefits: - 401(k) - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Paid time off Application Question(s): - Are you within 30 minutes of the Lowell, MA area?
