Ideal Candidate Profile We're looking for someone who has: 8+ years of operations management experience in a BPO or outsourcing environment 3–5 years leading Operations Managers or multi-site teams Strong background in service delivery, workforce planning, and operational performance Experience managing global clients, escalations, and business reviews Proven success in process improvement, compliance, and people leadership Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working onsite in BGC or Eastwood Leadership Profile Strong leadership with a passion for developing people Proactive in driving operational improvements and solving business challenges Excellent stakeholder, client, and executive relationship management Strong communicator with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment Your Impact Starts Here Operations Leadership & Team Development Lead multi-site operations to achieve service delivery, SLA, quality, and performance targets Coach and develop Operations Managers while driving workforce planning, employee engagement, and leadership growth Provide operational insights and recommendations to executive leadership Client Management & Escalation Build strong client partnerships and lead business reviews Manage major client escalations and translate business needs into operational solutions Proactively identify risks and implement effective action plans Operational Excellence Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and Facilities to maintain operational stability and business continuity IT & Facilities Coordination Ensure IT tickets and facility concerns are properly escalated and resolved Support business continuity and disaster recovery readiness Monitor compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and operational procedures Strengthen coordination across IT, Facilities, and Operations teams A ViTALizing Career Begins Here @ TGT Global As a Great Place to Work® certified company with top ratings given by our teams, we make sure our people enjoy more than just a job.
