Senior Operations Manager – Facility Management Position: Senior Operations Manager Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Experience: 5+ Years Job Type: Full-time Job Summary Looking for an experienced Operations Manager with strong expertise in Facility Management, Security and Housekeeping operations to manage sites, manpower, clients and service quality. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day facility operations across multiple sites. Supervise Security, Housekeeping and support teams. Manage manpower deployment, attendance and performance. Conduct site inspections and ensure service quality. Handle client coordination, complaints and escalations. Monitor housekeeping and security standards. Prepare operational reports and track site performance. Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for manpower requirements. Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety and client requirements. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Facility Management / IFMS . Strong experience in Security & Housekeeping operations . Good manpower and team management skills. Strong client handling and communication skills. Experience managing multiple sites preferred. Preferred: Candidates from Facility Management / IFMS industry.
