Key Responsibilities Govern infrastructure operations and oversee AMS service delivery. Manage vendor SLAs, KPIs, incidents, RCAs, changes, and escalations. Review and approve production changes and participate in CAB. Oversee monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, IAM, capacity, and performance. Support security, audits, compliance, and vulnerability remediation. Coordinate operational readiness for infrastructure projects and migrations. Drive automation, service improvements, and ITIL best practices. Engage business stakeholders and provide operational reporting. Required Experience 8–12 years in enterprise infrastructure operations or engineering. At least 5 years managing enterprise infrastructure environments. Minimum 3 years managing outsourced/AMS service providers. Experience with hybrid/on-prem cloud, ITIL processes, vendor governance, incident/change management, and infrastructure transformation projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. ITIL Foundation (required). Preferred certifications: VMware VCP, Microsoft Azure/Hybrid Administrator, RHCSA, Security+, CISSP, ISO 27001, PRINCE2 or PMP.
