Coordinate and monitor the performance of the Marketing & Partnership, Student Registration & Academic Support, and teaching teams. Develop and maintain relationships with universities, education partners, and other relevant organisations. Identify and support new business opportunities and partnership initiatives to expand the Company's education network. Oversee student recruitment activities, enrolment performance, and project-related revenue targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth student registration, academic support, and programme delivery. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and overall performance. Organise and participate in meetings, education events, university engagements, and partnership activities. Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and service quality. Prepare regular operational and project reports for Management / Head Office. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members to achieve the Company's objectives. Travel locally and internationally, including Singapore and China , when required for university partnerships, business development, meetings, and project execution. Perform other duties and projects assigned by Management. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, education, business development, or a related field. Experience in the education or higher education industry is an advantage. Strong project coordination and team management skills. Good understanding of business development, partnership management, and customer/student operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Proactive, organised, and results-oriented. Good command of English and Mandarin . Willing to travel to Singapore, China, and other locations when required.
