He/she will work closely with the team to place young talent of diverse backgrounds and experiences into job and internship opportunities at HKSTP's partner companies.The goal is to inspire young talent to join Hong Kong's innovation & technology (I&T) ecosystem - and help build Hong Kong into a global I&T talent hub that draws Hong Kong, Mainland and overseas I&T talent. The Position - Programme & Event Management Collaborate with internal teams, partner companies, universities, and educational institutions to plan, execute, and deliver end-to-end talent programs and recruitment events including local and occasional travel to the mainland - Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with funding providers, universities, park companies and external partners to develop and maintain close, collaborative relationships - Content & Promotion Create engaging social media posts, design promotional materials, and create compelling content to engage HKSTP park companies and prospective talents - Logistics & Administration Provide administrative support for various team projects and initiatives, including but not limited to recruitment activities and talent events - Operations & Budgeting Assist on procurement processes, track programmes expenses, and maintain accurate administrative records - Ad Hoc Duties Support team goals by carrying out additional tasks assigned by supervisors as needed The Candidate - Bachelor's degree in human resource, Marketing, Multimedia, Journalism, Communication, Languages, Social Sciences, other related disciplines - Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferable in youth talent programmes and/or programme management - Proficient in Microsoft Offices; knowledge of content creation and social media is an added advantage - Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese - A good team player and quick learner with positive can-do attitude - Self-motivated, results-driven, well-organised and detail-oriented, willing to work under a fast-paced environment Candidates with less experience may be considered as Officer, Talent Programmes - What We offer - Unique Work.Live.Play.Learn culture in Hong Kong's largest Innovation & Technology ecosystem - 5-day work week with attractive annual leave - Medical benefits including dental and annual check-up from Day-1 - Professional training and career advancement opportunities - Accessible to various bus service with network across different locations in HK Interested parties please submit your application by clicking "Apply Now".
