The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Odoo ERP consulting and implementation, particularly across Sales, Inventory, and Invoicing. The candidate should be capable of understanding complex business requirements, designing functional solutions, and effectively bridging the gap between business stakeholders and Odoo technical teams. Key Responsibilities Lead Odoo functional consulting and implementation activities. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Understand and optimize B2B Order Management / O2C business processes. Design end-to-end Odoo solutions based on business requirements. Configure and support Odoo Sales, Inventory, and Invoicing modules. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams. Work closely with Odoo developers on customizations, integrations, and enhancements. Participate in solution design, process mapping, testing, UAT, and deployment. Identify gaps between standard Odoo functionality and business requirements. Provide functional guidance to stakeholders and project teams. Support implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement. Required Skills 13+ years of overall professional experience. 4–5+ years of Odoo consulting / implementation experience. Strong B2B Order Management / Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain knowledge. Strong understanding of Odoo Sales processes. Strong understanding of Odoo Inventory processes. Strong knowledge of Odoo Invoicing. Excellent functional and solution design capabilities. Strong requirements gathering and business-process analysis skills. Ability to bridge business requirements and Odoo technical implementation. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ideal Candidate The strongest candidates will have a combination of: 13+ Years Overall Experience + 4–5+ Years Odoo + B2B Order Management/O2C + Sales + Inventory + Invoicing + Functional/Solution Design + Odoo Implementation. Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
