Governance & Standards: Formulate SOPs, conduct clinical/infection control audits, and ensure MOH licensing compliance. People & Capability: Lead nurse recruitment, coaching, training initiatives, and staff development. Operational Oversight: Conduct client rounds, evaluate nursing quality, and manage safety and infection prevention. Requirements: Strong knowledge of Singapore's ILTC landscape Clinical governance expertise Passion for aged care innovation.
