The candidate should be purely focused on recruitment and have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and closing candidates. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end non-IT recruitment independently. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases . Screen candidates based on job requirements and experience. Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews. Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Negotiate salary and manage offer discussions. Ensure timely joining and closure of open positions. Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and meet recruitment targets. Build and maintain a strong candidate database. Required Skills: 3+ years of pure recruitment experience . Strong Non-IT recruitment expertise. Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills. Good knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle bulk and lateral hiring . Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
