Role Summary Senior engineer to provide hands-on operational support and project delivery for a client's network and security infrastructure — firewalls, load balancers, NAC, and secure email in a fast-paced, ticket-driven, SLA-bound environment. Strong expertise in at least FIVE of the following domains: Firewall & Security : Palo Alto NAC : Cisco ISE Load Balancing : F5 or Kemp LoadMaster Routing & Switching : Juniper FortiMail Kemp ITIL Core Requirements: 8+ years in Network & Security Engineering with client facing/managed services or in-house enterprise environment Working knowledge (able to troubleshoot independently, not necessarily configure from scratch) of the remaining domains Strong incident/ticket management discipline — root cause analysis, documentation, SLA adherence Comfortable working solo at a client site with minimal supervision Certifications preferred If you’re interested in this opportunity, please share your updated profile/CV with us at hr@effortz.com Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
