Key Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks. Manage Cisco, Aruba, and Alcatel switches. Configure and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, NAT, and security policies. Strong knowledge of routing and switching, including VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, ACL, and link aggregation. Troubleshoot network connectivity, packet loss, latency, Internet, VPN, firewall, and performance issues. Handle customer incidents independently and provide timely issue resolution. Perform firmware upgrades, configuration backups, network health checks, and preventive maintenance. Support network implementation, migration, and upgrade projects. Coordinate with ISPs and OEM support teams for escalations. Maintain network documentation and prepare incident/RCA reports. Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers. Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant networking experience . Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good customer communication and documentation skills. Valid UAE Driving License. CCNA/CCNP Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
