About Rise NW10 Physiotherapy Rise NW10 Physiotherapy is a trusted, independent private clinic based in Kensal Rise. For more than four years, we have helped our local community recover from pain, injury and surgery through evidence-based physiotherapy and genuinely personalised rehabilitation. We are proud of our excellent five-star reputation. Patients consistently value our thorough assessments, clear explanations, individual treatment plans and calm, supportive environment. We currently operate from one spacious treatment room and have exciting plans to grow the clinic over the next few years. We are looking for an experienced and dependable physiotherapist to join us initially on a part-time basis, build a regular caseload and gradually take on greater responsibility within the clinic. This is more than a standard associate position. For the right person, it is an opportunity to become an important part of a young, respected clinic and help shape its future development. The role You will independently assess and treat a varied private caseload, including: Back and neck pain Sports and soft-tissue injuries Knee, shoulder and other musculoskeletal conditions Post-operative rehabilitation Persistent pain and long-term conditions Deconditioning and falls prevention Take part in our local tennis group sponsership. Experience in women’s health, neurological physiotherapy or another complementary clinical specialty would be welcomed, but is not essential. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering thorough assessments and evidence-based treatment Creating realistic, personalised rehabilitation programmes Explaining diagnoses and treatment plans clearly Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records Communicating professionally with patients, consultants, GPs and insurers Managing your diary and caseload responsibly Maintaining the clinic’s high standards of care and patient experience Contributing ideas to support the clinic’s continued development Potentially taking on greater clinical and operational responsibility as the role grows About you We are looking for someone clinically confident, reliable and genuinely invested in their patients’ progress. Essential requirements HCPC registration Chartered physiotherapist status or eligibility for CSP membership At least three years’ experience working in a UK private physiotherapy clinic Strong musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation skills Professional indemnity insurance Excellent spoken and written English Strong communication and clinical-record-keeping skills Confidence working independently and managing a private caseload A responsible, organised and proactive approach Right to work in the UK You should be someone who listens carefully, communicates clearly and helps patients feel understood and reassured. We are seeking a physiotherapist who values clinical quality over rushed appointments and who will care for the clinic’s patients and reputation.
