Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage MEP cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation Handle interim payment applications, variations, and final accounts Review and evaluate subcontractor claims and quotations Conduct cost control, budgeting, and value engineering for MEP packages Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and clients on commercial matters Support contract administration in line with FIDIC/local UAE contract forms Requirements: Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a QS in MEP contracting (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) UAE experience strongly preferred Current/most recent role must be in MEP or construction (not solely oil & gas) Strong knowledge of UAE construction industry standards and practices Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field Professional certification (e.g., RICS, MRICS) is a plus Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Location: Dubai, UAE Interested candidates can send their CV to hr@alyanbou.com Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month Experience: MEP QS: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
