UFC GYM Woolooware is looking for an experienced Senior Membership Advisor to help lead sales team, drive membership growth, and become a genuine presence within the Shire community. We're looking for someone who can bring that same energy and connection to our sales floor and beyond. The Role As Senior Membership Advisor , you'll take full ownership of the sales function at Woolooware, driving membership growth, building a high-performing sales team, and — critically — building UFC GYM Woolooware's presence and reputation across the Shire through active outreach, partnerships, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales consultants to consistently hit and exceed targets Own the full sales pipeline — from lead response and appointment booking to close Ensure leads are actioned within minutes, maximising conversion opportunities Drive a strong, ongoing outreach strategy — building genuine relationships and networks within local Shire businesses, schools, sporting clubs, and community groups Build strong ties with the Shire's sporting community — including local rugby league, rugby union, swimming, surf lifesaving, and other sporting clubs — to create genuine partnership and referral opportunities Represent UFC GYM Woolooware at local community events, expos, and partnership opportunities to build brand presence and grow our local network Develop and nurture referral partnerships with local businesses and community organisations to create consistent, high-quality lead generation Track performance against KPIs and report on sales metrics regularly Work closely with club and fitness leadership to align sales efforts with member experience and retention Maintain a strong, visible presence on the sales floor and lead by example About You Proven experience in a senior sales role, ideally within fitness, health, or a membership-based industry A natural networker with strong community engagement skills, and ideally existing knowledge of or connections within the Shire area and its sporting community A natural leader who can build, train, and motivate a high-performing team Confident managing KPIs, targets, and performance metrics Excellent communication and relationship-building skills High energy, resilience, and a genuine passion for fitness and community Available to work full-time, including flexibility around peak enquiry periods and community events What We Offer $52,000 base salary + OTE (realistic, uncapped earning potential) The opportunity to lead sales at a growing, high-profile fitness brand Ongoing support and career development within the UFC GYM network Complimentary UFC GYM membership A high-energy, team-driven culture Ready to Lead the Charge?
