About Us Familywise Medical Practice is a well-established, busy general practice serving the Castle Hill community. Our team of GPs, nurses and allied health professionals deliver high-quality, patient-centred care to families and individuals across the Hills District. The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Senior Medical Administration & HR Coordinator to join our team in a hands-on hybrid role, with a strong focus on practice administration, HR support and day-to-day operations, together with some senior reception support. This is a permanent part-time position of approximately 16 hours per week (2 days), with flexibility to increase hours when required to support the team during periods of leave. Working closely with the Practice Owner and Office Manager, you will play an important role in keeping the practice organised, supporting our staff and assisting with day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to the Practice Owner and Office Manager Assist with HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, staff records, leave and timesheets Maintain staff training, registration and compliance records Assist with staff rostering and Deputy administration Support practice policies, procedures, WHS and accreditation requirements Assist with staff communications and general HR matters Run and review Cubiko reports and assist with practice performance monitoring Coordinate office supplies, contractors and general administrative tasks Identify opportunities to improve practice processes and workflows Provide senior-level reception support when required, including bookings, patient enquiries and billing Assist with Medicare, DVA and WorkCover administration About You We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in medical administration, HR administration, practice management or a similar role Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident handling confidential staff and patient information Proactive and able to work independently A strong communicator who enjoys working with people Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software Experienced with Best Practice or similar medical software Familiar with Medicare/DVA/WorkCover is desirable HR experience is highly regarded What We Offer Permanent part-time position — approximately 16 hours per week Opportunity to increase hours when required Supportive and friendly team Exposure to HR, practice operations and practice management Training and professional development opportunities Castle Hill location How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you are interested in the role.
