This hybrid leadership role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys technical oversight, client engagement, and project leadership rather than day-to-day drafting work. Key Responsibilities: Lead HVAC and plumbing design efforts across multiple projects Manage client relationships and serve as the primary technical contact Review and oversee design deliverables, QA/QC, and code compliance Coordinate with architecture, electrical, and fire protection teams Support project planning, staffing, budgeting, and construction administration Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field PE license and/or CPD certification preferred 7+ years of MEP consulting experience Strong HVAC and plumbing systems expertise Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD Experience leading projects and reviewing construction documents If you're seeking a role that combines technical leadership, client interaction, and project ownership, we'd love to hear from you.
