We are seeking a candidate with 5-6 years of experience within a real estate developer company, with strong expertise in handling full-scale campaigns and driving measurable growth. Job Description: End-to-end marketing campaigns (online & offline) Off-plan project launches and brand positioning Creative strategy across digital, social, events, exhibitions & ATL/BTL Performance marketing, lead generation & ROI optimization Agency management and cross-functional alignment with sales You must have: A clear vision for company growth Strong creative thinking and campaign execution capability Confidence in presenting strategies to senior leadership Proven experience in the UAE developer market Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month Work Location: In person
