Manage appointed marketing agencies, including campaign briefs, content, artwork, social media and deliverables. Generate and nurture leads through marketing campaigns, events, seminars and partnership initiatives, working closely with the Business Development/ Sales team to support conversion. Build and maintain relationships with referral partners such as lawyers, accountants, financial advisers, bankers and other professional intermediaries. Plan and coordinate seminars, webinars, workshops and client engagement events, including promotion and post-event follow-up. Coordinate website, social media and other marketing content, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance and KPIs, and prepare regular reports and recommendations to management. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, financial services, professional services, wealth management or related industries. Experience in trustee/trust services, estate planning, wealth management, banking, insurance or related professional services is an added advantage. Experience in lead generation, events, partnerships and/or marketing agency management is an advantage. Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Commercially driven with a focus on lead generation and business results. Detail-oriented with good understanding of marketing compliance requirements. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
