Senior Marketing Executive : B2B tech marketing

deltaflareLondon

deltaflare is the UK's specialist in Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity for Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) operators. We deliver NIS2 and CAF compliant protection across gas, electricity, water, renewable technology and transport networks — the systems that keep the country running.

We work where IT meets industrial reality: inside control rooms, substations and treatment works, helping CNI operators navigate the unique challenges of securing hyper-connected physical systems without disrupting the operations that millions of people depend on.

OUR MISSION

To enable the safe and cyber secure operation of hyper-connected industrial systems.

OUR VISION

A world where essential services can deliver digital transformation with confidence, built on a solid cyber-physical security foundation.

OUR VALUES

We innovate with purpose, focusing on solutions that can be adopted safely and at scale.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Senior Marketing Executive, Campaigns and Demand, you’ll run deltaflare’s campaigns end to end: regulatory content launches, events, roundtables, webinars, speaking, awards and podcasts, partner acquisition and joint partner activity, email and our LinkedIn channel. You’ll get our content and events in front of a small, named group of senior engineers, security leaders and operations directors at UK gas and water network operators, with electricity and transport next, where every conversation counts.

You’ll work to a comprehensive marketing calendar for the year, agreed with the Head of Marketing, and deliver your part of it within an agreed plan and budget. You’ll also help evolve it, proactively proposing new activity and changes to what is planned, based on results and in line with our commercial objectives.

You will report directly to the Head of Marketing, based in Richmond. You’ll work as one team with the Senior Marketing Executive, Content and Product Marketing, who creates the content you launch and promote, alongside our sales account owners and partners. Partners are a preferred route to market: the Head of Marketing leads the partner programme, and you’ll support recruiting and enabling them.

This is a level 2 role with real ownership. You’ll own the results of the event programme and partner acquisition activity, commit spend within agreed budget lines, and keep HubSpot and the calendar up to date so every conversation with a target account is captured and followed up.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your main accountabilities — what you will own and be responsible for delivering.

Run our content campaigns and launches

▸ Run each regulatory guide and checklist launch as a campaign, agreeing the brief with the content executive.

▸ Build campaign, event and webinar landing pages and forms, and run email, LinkedIn promotion and any paid support.

▸ Follow up downloads from target accounts through to hand-over to sales.

▸ Run the quarterly email digest, capture forms and follow-up emails, within UK GDPR and PECR consent rules.

Own our events programme

▸ Run the event programme end to end: exhibition stands at sector shows, meeting programmes at industry and security conferences, and lighter attendance.

▸ Manage bookings, materials and target lists with sales, log contacts in HubSpot the same day and follow up within five working days.

▸ Deliver CNISec, deltaflare’s own conference, co-organised with Cyro, M Group’s cyber business.

▸ Run executive roundtables and co-hosted webinars, from invitation lists built with sales to follow-up.

▸ Find speaking slots, award deadlines and podcast guest slots; submit the entries the content executive drafts, manage the logistics and promote each one.

Engage named accounts and customers

▸ Run account-based activity for a set of named accounts, including LinkedIn paid activity, and keep account maps up to date with sales.

▸ Coordinate the existing-customer programme with account owners: timing, sends and follow-up.

▸ Schedule and publish LinkedIn posts, promote events and webinars, reply to comments and log engaged contacts from target accounts in HubSpot.

Support partner acquisition and joint marketing

▸ Keep the partner target list and research current, and build and maintain the partner page.

▸ Book partner meetings at events, and run the partner open day and LinkedIn activity aimed at named target partners.

▸ Keep each partner’s progression stage (Identified to Strategic) and source current in HubSpot.

▸ Run joint campaigns agreed with the Head of Marketing, including MDF-funded campaigns with tier 2 and 3 partners.

Keep our data, reporting and suppliers in order

▸ Own website tracking and metrics: Google Analytics 4, HubSpot tracking, campaign tracking links and conversions.

▸ Keep HubSpot account-stage, campaign, form and event records accurate, and prepare the monthly funnel readout.

▸ Keep the ClickUp calendar current, and book and brief suppliers for design, video, stand build and event staffing within budget.

▸ Support sales on RFPs and tenders: watch tender portals, keep supplier registrations current and manage submission logistics.

▸ Use Claude to draft invitations, briefing packs, follow-ups, copy and first-draft reports, checking every claim and figure before anything is sent.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
