What You'll Do B2B & Project Marketing Own the planning and execution of project marketing strategies for developers, hospitality operators, and A&Ds Drive early-stage specification influence, not just downstream sales support Develop and localise marketing toolkits — developer decks, case studies, specification guides, project storytelling Partner with sales on sell-in (specification stage) and sell-out (via project-fulfilment dealers) Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholders across project marketing initiatives, tracking pipeline impact (leads, specifications, conversions) A&D Engagement & Brand Building Lead A&D engagement planning alongside the AXOR ambassador and wider marketing team Plan and execute design-led events, salons, and roundtables Build relationships with architecture & design media and publications Champion positioning in premium project spaces Regional & Global Initiatives Act as regional project manager for global B2B initiative rollouts, ensuring adoption across SEA markets Align with HQ on campaigns, messaging, and priority segments Share market insights and prepare status updates that keep stakeholders aligned Trade & Content Bridge project marketing (upstream) with dealer/trade marketing (downstream) Drive high-value B2B content — case studies, designer collaborations, technical storytelling Work with Public Relations agencies and media to secure project features and elevate brand credibility What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 6–8 years in marketing, with proven ownership of cross-functional or regional projects Background in B2B/project marketing, ideally within architecture, design, construction, or hospitality Experience working with developers, A&Ds, or project stakeholders, and cross-functional sales/marketing teams Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills Confident communicator who can engage sales, dealers, HQ, and senior stakeholders Commercially minded — able to connect marketing activity to pipeline influence and ROI Relationship-driven, especially within the A&D community Comfortable operating with partial structure and building something new We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
