This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketer to lead strategic marketing initiatives, product launches, demand generation campaigns, content creation, and event management within a fast-paced B2B environment. This position will play a key role in driving market awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through a mix of product marketing, communications, content, and event-led activities. Working closely with product, sales, and leadership teams, you'll be responsible for bringing products and solutions to market while creating compelling marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products - Create compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions - Produce sales enablement materials including pitch decks, case studies, and marketing collateral - Manage content across digital channels including website, email, social media, blogs, and thought leadership campaigns - Deliver lead generation and email marketing programmes to support commercial objectives - Coordinate industry events, sponsorships, webinars, and customer engagement initiatives - Work with CRM and marketing automation platforms to improve campaign performance and reporting - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing activities - Support internal communications around product launches and key business initiatives About You: - 5+ years' experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Strong B2B marketing experience - Proven success delivering product launches and go-to-market campaigns - Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills - Experience with lead generation, email marketing, CRM and marketing automation platforms - Strong stakeholder management and project management capabilities - A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities To learn more, please contact Erin at erin.gibson@cpl.ie or call +353 1 960 2784 #LI-EG1
