# Senior Manager - Valuation **Well Link Life Insurance Company Limited** · Hong Kong · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Position Purpose To support the valuation in RBC, IFRS17, EV bases To communicate with different parties (e.g. external consultants, internal stakeholders such as Finance / IT etc.) To provide on-job training and coaching to other junior actuarial staffs To improve the efficiency and streamline the current actuarial process, including Actuarial modeling, control process Job Duties Work with a team of actuarial professional in the whole process in RBC, IFRS17, EV bases Support ALM, policyholder dividend declaration, Par fund management, business plan, experience study, regulatory filing, reinsurance Coordinate with relevant parties including Finance / IT department and other stakeholders Improve the efficiency and streamline the current actuarial process, including the Actuarial modeling, control process Ensure proper governance and controls in place to meet reporting needs Provide on-job training, support and guidance to junior actuarial staffs Other ad-hoc projects on needed basis Knowledge / Experience Graduate of Actuarial Science or related disciplines At least 8 years actuarial experience Qualified actuary Experience and knowledge in RBC/IFRS17 is a plus Candidates with more experience will be considered as Head of Valuation Skills / Behaviors Strong analytical skill in actuarial and finance field Hands-on working experience in reporting Good communication and managerial skill Able to meet deadline within schedule Full-time
