Senior Manager, Treasury & Capital Market Operations
- Responsible for delivering world class Operational support to the TCM business and proactively driving the E2E automation of key activities and processes within TCM Operations.
- Role responsibilities includes TCM Operations product support to RBG, CIBG & IBG customer groups.
- Effective management of TCM Operations, to ensure: adequate control over and monitoring of trading, market or credit risk; identification and escalation of deviations from authorized limits; and to ensure timely processing, settlement and accounting of FX, MM and Capital market, equity products (Local and Overseas).
- Develop and execute a TCM Operations market and transformation strategy that aligns with the Bank's vision, mission, and values.
- Implement appropriate control measures in line with internal and local & international regulatory / statutory framework (eg: Basel etc) within TCM Operations.
- This job will be responsible to lead, manage, and develop multiple TCM Operations specialist teams, operating both from office and remote locations.
