This role offers direct access to senior leadership, visibility across the partner network, and the opportunity to drive meaningful growth in assets under management (AUM). What You’ll Do Partner Management : Handle onboarding, engagement, servicing, and long‑term relationship building. Communication & Reviews : Manage structured communication calendars, quarterly reviews, product updates, and training sessions. Servicing & Support : Act as the go‑to contact for partner queries, compliance, and transaction support. Retention & Growth : Design engagement strategies, identify new business opportunities, and drive incremental AUM growth. Market Insights : Stay updated on industry trends, share distribution insights, and represent the firm at forums and conferences. What We’re Looking For Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). CFA/CFP or other investment certifications are a plus. 8–10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Wealth Management, Distribution, Private Banking, or Alternative Investments . Proven track record of managing and growing strategic channel partner relationships. Prior exposure to AIF, PMS, AMC, Private Equity, or Real Estate Funds is highly valued. Skills That Matter Strong communication and presentation ability. Relationship management discipline and emotional intelligence. Commercial acumen to spot growth opportunities. Ability to manage multiple partner relationships with structured reporting. Work Details Role Type: Individual Contributor Schedule: 5 days a week Flexible login: 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM Work Hours: 9 hours per day Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
