Drive problem solving and coach a small-to-mid engineering team. (Based on production and team leadership responsibilities) Sr. Manager: Provide strategic leadership for manufacturing and process engineering across multiple programs or sites; own larger P&L/resource decisions, major automation projects, and higher-level stakeholder management. Sponsor major CI/quality initiatives and lead larger teams. (Expanded scope of same responsibilities) Key Responsibilities Oversee production operations and respond to production abnormalities; monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet on-time, quality-compliant delivery Define and standardize process documentation (process flows, PFMEA, control plans, work instructions) and maintain process parameter databases Lead new product introduction: mold trials, validation and production transfer following APQP/PPAP frameworks Drive continuous improvement and lean/Six Sigma projects to improve OEE, reduce scrap and cycle time; deliver cost savings and standardization Champion and lead automation engineering projects (PLC/HMI integration, equipment automation) to improve throughput and consistency. Act as primary safety/compliance lead in workshop; ensure HSE and quality system adherence (IATF 16949 or equivalent Coach, develop and performance-manage engineers, technicians and supervisors; Sr. Manager will set organization-level objectives and talent strategy. Collaborate cross-functionally with tooling/R&D, quality, maintenance and production for root-cause analysis and process validation Required / Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials, Mechanical, Polymer Science, Industrial Engineering or related field. Manager: 8+ years in relevant manufacturing (injection molding or similar) with 3+ years leading teams; Sr. Manager: 10+ years with 5+ years in leadership/management. Strong expertise in injection molding process and scientific molding; experience with Metal Injection Molding (MIM), powder metallurgy, stamping or SMT is also acceptable/valuable. Experience in automation engineering and implementing factory automation projects is highly desirable. Familiar with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and IATF 16949 core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA). Proficiency in CAD/CAE (e.g., Moldflow, UG, Pro/E) is a plus Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills Candidate with less experience will be considered Manager level Location Jiangmen or Shenzhen (China) Full-time
