Role Details Experience: 15–18 Years Location: Bengaluru CTC: ₹35–40 LPA Employment: Full-time Notice Period: 0–30 Days Opening: 1 Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 Years Must-Have Expertise Plastic Cost Engineering Cost Estimation & Costing Methodologies Cost Modelling & Cost Structure Analysis Cost Drivers & Cost Optimization VA/VE Plastic Materials & Manufacturing Processes Strong Shop-Floor Experience Strong hands-on experience in: Injection Molding Compression Molding Transfer Molding Blow Molding Roto Molding Vacuum Forming Plastic Tooling Key Responsibilities Lead cost engineering strategy for the Plastics category Lead and mentor Cost Engineering teams Develop and maintain detailed cost models Drive costing accuracy, transparency and optimization Identify cost drivers and recommend cost-reduction opportunities Drive VA/VE, alternate manufacturing processes and material optimization Lead client engagements and cross-functional initiatives Drive automation and continuous improvement in costing solutions Evaluate supply chain, market and industry factors impacting cost Industry Exposure: Automotive | Aerospace | Industrial | Appliances | Medical Good to Have: Cost modelling tools, data analytics, ASME/ASTM/ISO knowledge, automation and continuous improvement experience.
