Senior Manager – Human Resources
Job Purpose: To lead and manage end-to-end HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Administration to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant HR services. To support HRM and HRD initiatives, including recruitment, performance management, employee development, and HR policies, in alignment with business needs and organizational objectives. To ensure effective people operations, employee services, and stakeholder management while continuously improving HR processes and operational effectiveness. Responsibilities: Compensation & Benefits & HR Operations: Manage and implement Compensation & Benefits programs, policies, and processes in alignment with business requirements and company guidelines. Support salary surveys, market benchmarking, and compensation analysis, and provide relevant information and recommendations to business partners. Manage monthly payroll operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion, including payroll closing and related reports. Review and ensure the accuracy of payroll-related reports, including Personal Income Tax, Social Security Fund, Workmen’s Compensation, and other statutory requirements. Liaise with the Revenue Department and relevant authorities on payroll, taxation, and statutory matters, and provide support to employees on Personal Income Tax-related issues. Manage employee benefits programs, including Provident Fund, Social Security Fund, Workmen’s Compensation, Life & Medical Insurance, leave, and other employee benefits. Prepare annual HR budgets and monitor HR operations and expenses to ensure effective budget utilization. Prepare Director Remuneration Reports and other HR-related information required for external auditors, company secretaries, and annual reporting. Manage and maintain accurate and confidential employee records and historical employee data, including transfers, promotions, rotations, and separations. Manage employee movement transactions throughout the employee lifecycle, including new hires, transfers, promotions, rotations, and resignations. Prepare and consolidate monthly HR reports, including headcount, turnover, manpower movement, and other workforce-related information. HR Management & Talent Development: Manage recruitment processes and activities to ensure timely hiring of qualified employees in line with current and future business needs. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes to support business operations and ensure compliance. Support the Performance Management process, including annual performance reviews and appraisal activities, in alignment with organizational values and business objectives. Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Consolidate Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and analyze organizational training needs to develop an effective annual training plan. Coordinate and manage training and development programs based on organizational and individual development needs. Manage and coordinate training submissions with the Department of Skill Development to maximize available tax exemption benefits. Participate in HR projects, company activities, committees, and other initiatives as assigned. Provide HR support and perform other HRM and HRD activities in accordance with business requirements. HR Administration & Office Management: Manage overall HR administration and employee support services to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Manage and supervise administrative staff and support personnel, including drivers, messengers, and housekeeping staff for Bangkok and Pattaya locations. Coordinate and supervise the work activities of HR specialists, administrative staff, and support teams to ensure effective performance and service delivery. Manage external partners, vendors, suppliers, brokers, and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services. Manage office administration and facilities, including car insurance, pest control, office maintenance, cleaning services, and other general administrative matters. Act as the primary liaison between the company, employees, and building management to coordinate information, requests, and office-related matters. Allocate responsibilities and supervise administrative staff to ensure operational efficiency and service quality. Expatriate Management & Compliance: Manage expatriate employees and coordinate visa, work permit, and other immigration-related matters. Coordinate expatriate Personal Income Tax and other related statutory requirements. Ensure HR operations and employee administration comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Qualification: Minimum 10 years of HR Generalist experiences (HRM, HRD and HR Admin). Bachelor's Degree or higher in HR, or related fields. Direct experience and strong knowledge in Payroll, C&B Recruitment, Organization Training and Development, Office Admin, Employee Relations & Engagement and other related functions. Analytical skills, Attention to details, Good interpersonal skills, service minded, problem solving skills, multi-tasking, consistency and deadline awareness. Result driven and oriented, well organized, details oriented and able to work under pressure. Energetic, eager to learn and acquire good interpersonal, strongly interpersonal & communication, coordination and negotiation skills. Proficiency in English both written & spoken and computer literate. Labor law. Knowledge in salary structure and development, benefit and compensation, surveys/ benchmarking and job evaluation systems is a plus.
