The role ensures quality execution of façade, interiors and external finishes in line with design, specifications, safety standards and timelines, while acting as a technical expert without direct people management responsibility. SECTION: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES Financial / Functional Perspective ? Optimize finishing costs through efficient material usage and execution methods ? Reduce rework and wastage in finishing activities ? Support value engineering initiatives for finishes ? Ensure adherence to approved budgets and BOQs Customer Perspective ? Deliver high-quality finishes aligned with design intent ? Coordinate with design teams, consultants and contractors ? Support timely handover with superior finish quality ? Enhance customer satisfaction through defect-free execution Internal Process Perspective ? Plan and execute finishing works including façade, interiors and external finishes ? Ensure compliance with approved drawings, materials and specifications ? Monitor workmanship quality and conduct inspections ? Coordinate with multiple agencies and trades ? Identify and resolve technical and execution issues ? Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards ?
