Key Responsibilities Oversee compliance with Group policies, standards and applicable regulatory requirements Provide advisory on regulatory expectations, policy interpretation and implementation Maintain and oversee regulatory monitoring activities Develop and execute the annual assurance plan Conduct assurance reviews to assess control effectiveness and identify gaps Coordinate internal/external audits and regulatory reviews Track and drive timely closure of audit findings and action plans Provide compliance, risk and assurance advisory to senior management Drive risk awareness and strengthen the organisation's risk and compliance culture Work closely with regional/group stakeholders in a matrix environment Requirements Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting or related discipline Professional qualifications in Accounting, Internal Audit or Risk Management are an advantage Around 8 years or more of relevant experience Strong background in Compliance, Internal Audit, Assurance, Risk Governance or Control Experience within banking, financial services or other regulated environments Exposure to internal/external audits and regulatory compliance Experience developing assurance plans and managing audit/review findings Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in a Group / regional / matrix environment is highly preferred Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month Benefits: Opportunities for promotion Professional development Work Location: In person
