We are looking for experienced and dynamic Senior Managers to support our business growth, operational development and expansion. Job Summary The Senior Manager – Business Development & Operations will play a key role in driving Yue Living's business growth and overseeing business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies, identifying new market and commercial opportunities, managing key business initiatives, strengthening sales and distribution channels, and leading teams to achieve the company's business objectives. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Growth Develop and implement business development strategies to support the company's growth and expansion. Identify new business opportunities, markets, sales channels, strategic partnerships and commercial opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, corporate clients, business partners and other key stakeholders. Explore opportunities for expanding the company's fragrance, scented candle and lifestyle product portfolio. Monitor market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities within the home fragrance and lifestyle industry. Develop strategies to increase sales, market presence and brand awareness. Sales & Commercial Management Develop sales strategies and initiatives to achieve revenue and business growth targets. Monitor sales performance, business KPIs and commercial results. Evaluate pricing, product positioning, promotional strategies and sales channels. Work with internal teams to develop appropriate product and sales strategies for different markets and customer segments. Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Operations Management Oversee business operations and ensure efficient execution of day-to-day activities. Establish and improve operational processes, policies and procedures. Coordinate with relevant teams on inventory, procurement, logistics, product launches and business projects. Monitor operational costs and resource utilisation. Identify operational risks and implement appropriate solutions. Team Leadership Lead, manage and develop employees across relevant business functions. Set team objectives and performance expectations. Monitor team performance and provide guidance, coaching and support. Develop a high-performing and accountable team. Participate in recruitment, staff development and workforce planning where required. Strategy & Management Prepare business plans, management reports, market analysis and performance updates for senior management. Analyse business performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Lead strategic projects and initiatives from planning through implementation. Work closely with management and other departments to ensure business strategies are effectively executed. Provide strategic and commercial insights to support management decision-making. Perform other management duties and strategic projects as assigned. Requirements Equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Commerce, Operations Management or a related discipline. At least 8 years of relevant working experience , with substantial experience in a managerial or senior management role. Experience in business development, sales, operations, commercial management or brand management. Experience in the beauty, lifestyle, retail, FMCG, consumer products or related industries will be an advantage. Strong understanding of business development, sales strategy and commercial operations. Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing business projects. Strong analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Strong business acumen and commercial awareness. Able to work independently, make sound business decisions and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant business management software.
