Senior Management Professional - Operations & Railway Projects
Role Purpose - To act as the key link between MD, GM and Managers, ensuring strong coordination, follow-up and execution across all departments. Key Responsibilities - Bridge the gap between MD, GM and Department Heads. Take strong follow-ups and ensure timely closure of all pending matters. Oversee Manufacturing, Service, Projects, Purchase, Design and Accounts. Coordinate with Railways, Metro, Government Bodies and customers. Visit and monitor factory and project (PAN India) sites as required. Review project progress, production, service, purchase and critical issues. Ensure accountability, discipline and execution across departments. Support MD/GM in business, project and strategic matters. Identify problems, take ownership and drive quick solutions and results. Candidate Profile - Strong knowledge of manufacturing, service and project execution. Strong command and confidence to manage managers and cross-functional teams. 15+ Yrs. Experience in dealing with Railways/Metro/Government authorities preferred. Highly energetic, proactive, confident and result-oriented. Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation and follow-up skills. Willing to travel extensively and work under pressure.
