Senior Management and Market Entry Consultant
CTrustGlobal is expanding its Business Advisory offering through its established Dubai office. Lead practical consulting assignments for businesses entering the UAE or improving their management and operations. Translate research and executive discussions into clear decisions and implementation plans. Key responsibilities Run discovery workshops, management interviews and structured business diagnostics. Assess market entry options, positioning, operating models and organisational responsibilities. Design process improvements, procedures, management indicators and implementation roadmaps. Write client reports and presentations; guide analysts and track agreed project outcomes. Required qualifications and experience Degree in business, economics, engineering or a related field, or equivalent consulting experience. At least 5 years of hands-on consulting, corporate strategy or business transformation delivery. Practical UAE market exposure and evidence of completed assignments beyond research alone. Strong Excel, presentation writing, process mapping and workshop facilitation; fluent professional English. Preferred strengths Arabic; sector expertise relevant to UAE market entry; experience advising Egyptian or international businesses on expansion. Expected contribution Deliver a well-supported market entry assessment and an actionable management improvement plan within agreed project milestones.
