The ideal candidate will be a Bahraini national / Non Bharaini , registered with CRPEP Minimum Grade B , and possess solid experience in architectural design as a Senior level Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the architectural department, providing strategic direction and oversight for all architectural activities. - Oversee the development and approval of architectural designs from concept through construction documentation. - Ensure all architectural works comply with Bahrain building regulations, planning approvals, and statutory requirements . - Maintain high standards of design quality, functionality, safety, and sustainability across all projects. - Coordinate with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants to ensure integrated and compliant design solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact with clients, authorities, and key stakeholders for architectural matters. - Review, approve, and sign off architectural drawings, specifications, and technical submissions. - Manage architectural project schedules, resources, and deliverables to meet time and budget objectives. - Lead, mentor, and evaluate architectural staff, supporting professional development and performance management. - Establish and enforce architectural standards, procedures, and quality assurance systems within the organization. Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree / Master Degree in Architecture (from a recognized university). - Minimum 10-15 years of relevant professional experience in Bahrain. - Registered Architect with CRPEP (mandatory). - Strong design, coordination, and communication skills. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and all other architectural design tools. - Willing for immediate joining Job Type: Full-time Pay: BD700.000 - BD900.000 per month Application Question(s): - Total How Many Years of Experience You have - Whats your Salary Expectation - Please mention your CRPEP Grade Work Location: In person
