This role works closely with engineers, laboratory personnel, and customers to support compliance, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a safe and efficient laboratory environment. Key responsibilities Set up, adapt, and operate laboratory equipment and test systems for product evaluation and labeling projects. Conduct testing in accordance with applicable standards, procedures, and laboratory requirements. Interpret technical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and operational instructions. Collect, review, and analyze test data, escalating technical issues when needed. Prepare test records, data sheets, and supporting documentation with a high level of accuracy. Perform routine maintenance and care of designated laboratory equipment and work areas. Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient test execution. Utilize computer systems and Microsoft Office applications to manage test data and reporting. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory quality, productivity, and safety. Comply with UL Code of Conduct and all physical and digital security requirements. About you Higher Secondary Education or above with 1-2 years of laboratory, testing, engineering support, or related experience preferred. Ability to perform laboratory testing using general test equipment and measuring instruments. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer-based data management tools.
