Main Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deliver high-impact learning and development programs for new hires, existing employees, and high-potential talent. - Own and continuously enhance the onboarding and induction experience, ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools required to succeed. - Partner closely with department heads and senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate business needs into targeted learning initiatives. - Develop comprehensive training curricula, presentations, facilitator guides, learning materials, assessments, and practical learning activities. - Facilitate engaging classroom, virtual, and one-on-one learning sessions across different functions and experience levels. - Provide structured coaching and development support to enhance employee capability, productivity, confidence, and performance. - Establish learning objectives and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of training initiatives. - Monitor training participation, completion, assessments, feedback, and performance outcomes, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. - Maintain accurate training records, learning calendars, competency assessments, and L&D reports for management review. - Contribute to career development frameworks, individual development plans, and talent development initiatives. - Support the implementation of initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and performance excellence. - Ensure all learning initiatives are aligned with PSI’s business objectives, organizational standards, and people strategy. - Research and implement modern learning methodologies, tools, and industry best practices to continuously elevate the employee learning experience. - Act as a trusted L&D partner to employees and internal stakeholders, bringing a consultative and solutions-oriented approach to development needs. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field. - 4–6+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, or a related function. - Previous experience in the real estate industry is strongly preferred , particularly within a fast-paced, sales-driven organization. - Proven experience independently designing, developing, and delivering structured training programs. - Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, employee development, and performance improvement. - Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different levels of the organization. - Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, communication, and public-speaking skills. - Strong ability to translate business requirements and performance gaps into practical learning solutions. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel . - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple learning initiatives and priorities simultaneously. - Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and present meaningful insights. - Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage.
