Drive sales by managing client enquiries, preparing proposals, and collaborating with design teams to close renovation projects. Responsibilities Manage genuine client enquiries to identify renovation needs and provide tailored solutions Prepare accurate quotations and proposals to support client decision-making Follow up consistently with clients to close renovation projects successfully Develop and expand your own leads and customer network to increase sales opportunities Collaborate closely with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client management and negotiation Independently manage multiple client accounts while maintaining high service standards Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in sales, preferably within renovation or interior design sectors Strong communication and negotiation skills demonstrated in client interactions Positive attitude with proven ability to follow up persistently and close deals Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively Existing renovation client network is advantageous Strong interest in sales and motivation for earning potential Other Information Benefits: Earn annual income exceeding $100,000 Salary up to $10,000 with profit sharing and incentives Support from marketing, design, vendors, customer care, after-sales, and team leaders Leads provided to support sales efforts
