The role will ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT services aligned with business requirements. The responsibilities of this role include: · Lead and manage IT infrastructure and system operations. · Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders. · Provide technical guidance and consultancy on server, network, cloud, and infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and best practices. · Monitor system performance, availability, security, and capacity. · Lead troubleshooting, incident management, and root-cause analysis. · Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal technical teams. · Ensure compliance with IT security, policies, standards, and best practices. · Prepare technical documentation, reports, and recommendations. About You You are a technically strong and proactive IT professional with excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. You are comfortable working directly with clients, managing technical priorities, and taking ownership of infrastructure operations and delivery Relevant desirable skills and experience: · Fluent business-grade English, both spoken and written. · Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. · 5+ years of experience in IT systems and infrastructure. · Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, networking, storage, and cloud platforms. · Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure/AWS, and enterprise IT environments. · Strong troubleshooting and incident management experience. · Experience leading technical teams and infrastructure projects. · Good understanding of cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity. · Strong client-facing, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. · Relevant IT certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, AWS/Azure, or ITIL are advantageous.
