Key Requirements & Responsibilities: Must have 6months or more Hotel industry experience Hotel Systems : Minimum 6months or 1 year experience using IDS Software (or similar hotel Property Management Systems) for daily operations and support. Technical Support: Minimum 1 year general IT experience in hardware/software troubleshooting. Hardware Maintenance: On-site repairs and maintenance for telephone systems , electronic door locks , and biometric punching machines . Networking: Basic configuration and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks.
