Senior Internal Accountant
Mô tả công việc: (Mức lương: Thỏa thuận) Review and reconcile expenses, including software & license costs, based on bank statements and supporting documents. Review payment requests/tickets to ensure compliance with internal policies, tax regulations, and payment plans. Support fixed asset inventory checks and periodic audit activities. Prepare and collect supporting documents for approval. Handle other accounting and internal control tasks as assigned. Review payroll for Vietnam and other countries such as Romania, India, Thailand, including timesheets, allowances, deductions, etc. Ensure payroll is processed accurately and in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Hands-on knowledge of Personal Income Tax (PIT), Social Insurance (SHUI), and other payroll-related regulations is required. Experience in a tech company is preferred. Good understanding of accounting and compliance processes. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and financial systems. Good command of English (written and spoken). Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or related fields. Personal qualities: Meticulous and detail-oriented, honest with high integrity, responsible, and proactive.
