The role covers site supervisory team leadership, technical and quality inspections with the Main Contractor and Consultant, and full ownership of the documentation lifecycle from inspection request through to invoicing and payment clearance. Responsibilities: - Lead, distribute, and supervise the site supervisory team, defining daily work priorities and allocating resources to meet project timelines - Review and oversee Inspection Requests (INR) prepared by the document controller, and follow up with the Main Contractor and Consultant to secure formal approvals - Conduct technical and quality inspections with the Main Contractor and Consultant - Track approved on-site works step-by-step from inspection through to the commercial phase, ensuring accurate documentation into invoice preparation - Submit invoices to the Main Contractor for payment and track payment clearance - Prepare and deliver comprehensive daily and weekly progress reports, and resolve site technical conflicts against approved shop drawings, material submittals, and client quality standards Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering - Strong background in interior fit-out site engineering and high-end finishing works - Demonstrated experience leading site supervisory teams - Hands-on expertise with INR, RFI, and IR management with main contractors and consultants - Proficiency in progress-to-invoice tracking, daily/weekly reporting, and shop drawing/material submittal compliance Experience: 7+ years Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Civil Engineering Location: Lusail, Qatar Apply here: https://dtire.ddimtalentintelligence.com/apply/2ct6ene75gje Email: careers@mind-stream.net WhatsApp: +974 30107270 Application Question(s): Do you have valid Qatar Id?
