Location: Lusail, Qatar Experience: 7+ Years Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the site supervisory team and allocate daily priorities Manage Inspection Requests (INR), RFIs and IRs with Main Contractors and Consultants Conduct technical and quality inspections and follow up on approvals Track approved works from inspection through invoice preparation and payment clearance Prepare daily and weekly progress reports Resolve site technical issues in line with approved shop drawings and material submittals Monitor high-end finishing and interior fit-out works to ensure quality and project timelines Requirements 7+ years of relevant interior fit-out/site engineering experience Strong high-end finishing and decoration project experience Proven experience leading site teams and coordinating with Main Contractors/Consultants Strong knowledge of INR, RFI, IR, shop drawings and material submittals Excellent reporting, coordination and documentation skills Application Question(s): Do you have 7+ years of experience in interior fit-out/site engineering?
