# Senior Integration Developer Sage Intacct ERP and Database Systems **Omnidek** · Remote · `Remote` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role About the role Omnidek is seeking a hands-on senior developer to build and support complex integrations among Sage Intacct, customer systems, databases, external services, and Omnidek workflows. This person will own substantial database and backend work, develop custom services, and help our implementation team solve difficult ERP data problems from design through production support. The right candidate can trace data from a form or source system through validation, transformation, business rules, storage, submission to an ERP, response handling, and monitoring. Direct Sage Intacct experience is strongly preferred; deep integration experience with another ERP can also be relevant. What you will do Sage Intacct and ERP integrations Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot bidirectional integrations between Sage Intacct and portals, applications, databases, payment systems, and customer platforms. Work with Intacct Web Services and XML APIs, and REST APIs where applicable; map objects, dimensions, custom fields, and transaction relationships. Support processes involving vendors, customers, AP bills, purchase orders, expenses, payments, projects, and other financial records. Translate business requirements into reliable data flows with clear validation, error handling, and reconciliation. Custom services and backend development Develop APIs, middleware, and reusable services that transform, validate, enrich, route, and synchronize data. Integrate using XML, JSON, REST, SOAP or Web Services, webhooks, CSV, flat files, and SFTP as required. Build scheduled, event-driven, and near real-time processing with appropriate authentication, retries, and exception handling. Connect external validation and compliance services to workflow decisions, alerts, and alternate paths. Database architecture and data quality Design and optimize relational schemas, staging tables, complex SQL, views, functions, stored procedures, and data transformation processes. Develop mapping, normalization, matching, deduplication, validation, audit logging, and reconciliation processes. Investigate data integrity and performance issues across high-volume transactional systems, reporting databases, and data warehouses. Reliability and support Choose suitable synchronous, asynchronous, queued, or scheduled patterns for each integration; build monitoring and actionable alerts. Diagnose failures across payloads, APIs, databases, logs, and ERP configuration; resolve root causes and document findings. Work directly with implementation teams and customers to explain technical issues and deliver maintainable solutions. Required qualifications Strong professional experience in backend development and systems integration, with substantial hands-on SQL and relational database work. Ability to develop and troubleshoot APIs and data exchanges using XML, JSON, REST, and SOAP or Web Services. Experience with data mapping, ETL or ELT concepts, data synchronization, authentication, logging, and exception handling. Working knowledge of accounting, ERP, or other transactional systems and the importance of financial data integrity. Proficiency in at least one backend language such as C#, .NET, Python, Java, or Node.js or TypeScript; experience with Git. Ability to read technical documentation independently, design a solution, write maintainable code, and own issues through resolution. Preferred experience Five or more years in software or integration development. Direct Sage Intacct Web Services, XML API, REST API, custom field, custom object, dimension, authentication, or API troubleshooting experience. Experience integrating NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, Acumatica, or another major ERP. Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar platforms; cloud environments; queues; background jobs; and multi-tenant SaaS systems. Experience with integration platforms, data warehouses, third-party data validation, customer-facing technical work, and high-volume transaction processing. Representative projects Vendor and customer synchronization; AP bill and purchase order integrations; vendor onboarding; expense and payment workflows; tax ID and compliance verification; customer-specific APIs; external portals; scheduled database synchronization; flat-file feeds; integration monitoring; and reconciliation services. What success looks like A customer may submit information through an Omnidek form or workflow. You can validate it against multiple services, reconcile it with existing records, transform it into the correct Sage Intacct structure, submit it securely, process the response, synchronize the result, and make failures visible and recoverable. You can explain each step clearly to colleagues and customers.
