Strong knowledge of Canada, Australia, Europe, and other international immigration and visa processes. Proven track record in sales, lead conversion, client acquisition, and achieving monthly/annual sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, persuasion, presentation, and closing skills. Strong sales orientation with a target-driven approach and the ability to consistently achieve KPIs and performance goals. Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships. High attention to detail with strong documentation, data entry, follow-up, and case management skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, manage multiple clients, and perform effectively under pressure. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and professional approach. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, lead management, and sales tracking tools is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred. Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred. Language Preference: Hindi or Malayalam is an added advantage.
