Operating as the Head of HR , you will direct a compact HR team and oversee full-spectrum HR operations. We need a versatile generalist who can comfortably manage both office professionals and frontline workforce environments, with a strong background supporting FMCG or food & beverage manufacturing, processing, or factory operations. Key responsibilities - Lead and guide the HR team to support all HR functions - Manage end-to-end HR including recruitment, change management , and performance management - Handle recruitment, shift planning, and labor relations for food production operators, frontline workers, and office staff - Support HR policies tailored to food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and industrial environments - Foster a positive work culture, handle grievances effectively, and ensure full compliance with local labor laws About you - 10 years in HR generalist roles, with 3+ years in a managerial or leadership position - Hands-on experience managing both frontline/blue-collar and office environments - Prior working experience in a food factory, food manufacturing, or FMCG production plant is a distinct advantage - Proven ability to lead a compact team and deliver results in a hands-on environment - Strong command of HK labor laws, excellent problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills - Proficient in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus) Benefits - 5-day work week - Medical benefits - Stable and growth-oriented working environment - Direct exposure to senior management 薪酬： $50,000.00至$65,000.00（每月） 福利： - 有薪年假 - 晉升機會 Work Location: 親身到場
