Responsibilities : Human Resources Lead and manage the BUHR team to deliver comprehensive HR services and support to frontline employees and management. Develop and execute frontline recruitment strategies, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning, sourcing, selection, onboarding, and post-hire review. Formulate, implement, and regularly review HR policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness, consistency, and alignment with business objectives. Monitor and review HR practices to ensure full compliance with all applicable employment legislation Drive performance management processes for frontline employees, including probation reviews, performance evaluations, and performance improvement initiatives. Provide professional HR advice and support to Operations management on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations. Manage work injury cases by conducting investigations, identifying root causes, and implementing preventive measures. Deliver workplace safety awareness and injury prevention training to minimize incidents and reduce potential liabilities. Design and implement employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, including shop visits, employee communication sessions, counselling support, recognition programs, and frontline staff care activities. Handle all frontline employee-related HR matters and contingency planning, ensuring business continuity and workforce readiness during periods of operational disruption. Training and Development Lead the development and enhancement of Operations training platforms, systems, and programs to support frontline capability building and operational excellence. Consolidate, analyze, and prioritize training needs across the business, translating requirements into effective learning solutions. Collaborate closely with Group Talent Development and Operations leadership teams to identify emerging training needs, coordinate training schedules, and ensure timely deployment of learning initiatives. Evaluate the effectiveness and cost efficiency of training programs through regular audits, assessments, and training ROI analysis. Prepare and present periodic training reports, providing insights on training resources, achievements, participation rates, effectiveness, and future development requirements. Establish and maintain a structured training framework that supports talent development, succession planning, and operational readiness within the frontline workforce. Requirements: Degree in Human Resources Management, Training or other related disciplines A minimum of 8 years of relevant human resources experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in the F&B, retail, or FMCG industry is highly preferred. Proven experience in frontline workforce management, employee relations, recruitment, and talent development.
