QUALIFICATIONS : - At least 3 years of HR department leadership experience (HR Head/Manager or equivalent). - Demonstrated success in hiring quality, organizational development and employee relations. - Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor law, confidential case handling and HRIS tools. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Own end-to-end hiring standards, structured assessments, onboarding and manpower planning. - Design fair performance scorecards, coaching systems and retention initiatives. - Oversee employee relations, investigations, policies, records and HR compliance. - Implement practical HR systems and automation; partner with department heads on capability gaps. - Embed Discover Group I-LIFE values in recruitment, development and performance practices.
