Job Description We are looking for a Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition to join SMC PVT LTD and drive end-to-end recruitment across our Real Estate, Construction, Corporate, Sales, Engineering, CRM, Marketing, and IT functions . Experience in a Real estate / consulting / recruitment firm will be an added advantage. Roles & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for Real Estate and Construction roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding coordination. Recruit high-potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, cold calling, referrals, networking, social media, database mining, and other sourcing channels . Handle recruitment for positions across Real Estate Sales, Business Development, CRM, Marketing, Project Management, Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, MEP, Procurement, Finance, HR, and IT . Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both current and future hiring requirements. Coordinate with hiring managers and business teams to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and candidate expectations. Create and publish job descriptions and vacancies across relevant job portals and recruitment platforms . Screen candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, salary expectations, notice period, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the selection process. Evaluate candidates and provide appropriate recommendations to hiring managers based on role suitability and organizational fit. Maintain accurate and confidential records of candidates, interviews, offers, joining status, and recruitment activities. Develop and continuously improve a structured recruitment and candidate-vetting process to improve hiring quality and turnaround time. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on open positions, sourcing channels, interview status, selection ratio, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring progress . Build relationships with external recruitment consultants, agencies, industry networks, and professional communities wherever required. Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives to attract quality talent within the real estate and construction industry. Team handling/mentoring experience will be an added advantage. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field . 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment , preferably in an end-to-end recruitment role. Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate and/or Construction recruitment will be preferred. Experience hiring for Real Estate Sales, Construction, Civil Engineering, Projects, CRM, Marketing, Architecture, MEP, Procurement, IT, and corporate functions will be an advantage. Candidates with experience in a recruitment/HR consulting firm will have an added advantage. Strong knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn recruitment, candidate sourcing techniques, and online hiring platforms . Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills . Strong candidate assessment, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills. Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time-management abilities . Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities simultaneously. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with business and HR teams. Experience in team handling, mentoring, or leading recruiters will be an added advantage.
