Senior HR Officer
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including recruitment support, onboarding, movement, and offboarding. Oversee day-to-day HR operations such as employee records management, documentation, and policy administration. Support and administer performance management processes, including reviews, goal-setting, and development planning. Handle employee relations concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues in a fair and consistent manner. Lead or support employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and culture-building activities. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and best practices. Coordinate learning and development programs aligned with organizational and employee needs. Generate HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Partner with managers and stakeholders to address workforce needs and organizational challenges. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to multiple HR functions. Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices. Proven experience in employee relations, HR operations, and performancemanagement. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Experience with HR systems and data analysis tools is an advantage.
