Strategic Role Overview The Senior HR Manager acts as a strategic HR leader who partners with executive management to drive organizational growth, workforce transformation, and employee engagement in a fast‑paced IT/BPO environment. Beyond compliance and operations, the role focuses on future‑proofing HR practices and aligning people strategy with business objectives. Job Responsibilities: HR Strategy & Transformation Develop and execute HR strategies that support business scalability and digital transformation. Lead initiatives in workforce planning, succession management, and organizational design. Champion HR innovation through technology adoption (HRIS, analytics, automation). Talent & Leadership Development Build leadership pipelines and strengthen managerial capabilities. Drive reskilling and upskilling programs to meet evolving IT/BPO demands. Partner with Learning & Development to embed continuous learning culture. Employee Experience & Engagement Design holistic engagement strategies to reduce attrition and improve retention. Implement recognition frameworks and wellness programs tailored to BPO workforce needs. Act as a cultural ambassador, reinforcing company values and inclusivity. Governance & Compliance Ensure adherence to Philippine labor laws, global data privacy standards, and corporate governance. Establish HR risk management frameworks and ethical guidelines. Stakeholder Management Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership and global stakeholders. Align HR priorities with client expectations in outsourcing contracts. Lead cross‑functional collaboration between HR, operations, and finance. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field; MBA or HR certifications preferred. Experience: 12–15 years in HR leadership, with at least 5 years in IT/BPO. Proven track record in HR strategy, transformation, and stakeholder engagement. Skills: Strategic workforce planning, HR analytics, and digital HR platforms (SAP, Workday, Oracle). Strong leadership, change management, and communication skills. Ability to balance operational excellence with long‑term HR vision. Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
