The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, performance management, payroll coordination, and UAE Labour Law compliance . Candidates with experience or knowledge in the financial markets industry are also welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment, from manpower planning to onboarding. Lead and supervise the HR team and ensure smooth daily HR operations. Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Manage employee onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Coordinate payroll, leave, attendance, benefits, and employee compensation matters. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and applicable employment regulations. Develop performance appraisal and employee development programs. Support workforce planning and succession planning. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field . 1-3+ years of HR experience , preferably with UAE experience. Strong knowledge of UAE labour practices and HR procedures. Experience in recruitment and team management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
